Group Piano Lesson Policy

 

1. •Please pay rest of your tuition by check by the day of your first lesson
   

1. •There will be no make-up classes during the session
   

1. •As classes are formed based on enrollment, tuition will not be refundable under any circumstances after 24hrs from your first class of the session
   

1. •Tuition rates cannot be adjusted to accommodate personal leave
   

1. •Sora Classic Arts reserves the right to provide substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If a teacher is ill and the school cannot arrange a substitute any missed classes will be made up.
   

1. •Student must be able to attend without parent / caregiver.
   

1. •Sora Classic Arts is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students.
   

1. •It is the responsibility of the parent or adult student to be aware of all school activities, such as recitals, extra classes, and dates the school is open or closed. The school will post all such notices on the bulletin board. It is the parent’s responsibility to regularly check the bulletin boards to ensure they are informed. It is the responsibility of the parents or adult students to inform the school of any address or telephone number change.
   

1. •You assume all risk of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with participation in programs at Sora Classic Arts and agree to releases, indemnify, defend and forever discharge Sora Classic Arts and its staff from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses in the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) or adult student during the course or as a result of Sora Classic Arts’ activity.
   

1. •You will be contacted if your child display violent, unsafe, or continually inappropriate behavior. You agree to pick up your child promptly upon such notification.
   

1. •You hereby grant Sora Classic Arts permission to take photographs/video of myself and my child(ren) to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials the school creates.
