Language Class Policy

 

Tuition Policy

1. •Please pay your tuition by check by the day of your first class.
   

2. •No refund of tuition after 24hrs from your first class of the session.
   

3. •Tuition rates cannot be adjusted to accommodate personal leave.
   

4. •As classes are formed based on enrollment, tuition will not be refundable under any circumstances after 24hrs from your first class of the session. 
   

5. •No make-up class during the session.  However, class materials will be provided for missed class to study/practice at home.
   

Class Policy

1. •Student must be able to attend without parent / caregiver
   

2. •Please arrive on time.
   

3. •Parents are not allowed to stay in the lesson room during the class.
   

4. •It is best not to come to the class hungry so have a light snack and drink before your class.
   

5. •During the class have a positive attitude!
   

Terms

1. •Sora Classic Arts is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students.
   

2. •You assume all risk of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with participation in programs at Sora Classic Arts and agree to releases, indemnify, defend and forever discharge Sora Classic Arts and its staff from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses in the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) or adult student during the course or as a result of Sora Classic Arts’ activity.
   

3. •You will be contacted if your child display violent, unsafe, or continually inappropriate behavior. You agree to pick up your child promptly upon such notification.
   

4. •You hereby grant Sora Classic Arts permission to take photographs/video of myself and my child(ren) to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials the school creates.
