Sign Up Fee Policy

1. •No refund of fee if the cancellation notice is less than 24 hours in advance.
   

        (due to necessary in-advance preparations and arrangements)

Event Policy

1. •Child must be able to attend without parent / caregiver
   

2. •Please arrive on time. The event ends as scheduled.
   

3. •Parents are not allowed to stay in the facility during the event.
   

4. •Please pick up your child on time.
   

Terms

1. •Sora Classic Arts is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students.
   

2. •You assume all risk of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with participation in programs at Sora Classic Arts and agree to releases, indemnify, defend and forever discharge Sora Classic Arts and its staff from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses in the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) or adult student during the course or as a result of Sora Classic Arts’ activity.
   

3. •You hereby grant Sora Classic Arts permission to take photographs/video of myself and my child(ren) to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials the school creates.
